Why we exist
Design Automation Group was built by engineering managers who know the problem from the inside: design teams with more work than people, custom products quoted by hand, and good engineers spending their days on repetitive drawings.
We pair an experienced engineering team in India with management in the US. Our team leads in India run the day-to-day work and check it before it leaves their hands. In the US we handle scoping, weekly alignment meetings, quality review, contracts and billing. You get extra capacity without extra headcount, and one accountable US contact.
Our engineering team
One team, working on both sides of the clock
Our engineering team in India is made up of experienced designers, drafters and automation developers who have spent years delivering DriveWorks configurators, SOLIDWORKS automation and production drawings for manufacturers. Experienced team leads assign the work, manage it day to day and check every deliverable before it goes out.
In the US, we scope each project, set expectations in a written Statement of Work, meet with you weekly, and stand behind the result. You deal with one team and one point of contact, not a chain of subcontractors.
